Good look, like the width

It is not the GE fridge I ordered (store error) so ™€¦ but, I like the wider size better than Kenmore we had and the handle design is much easier to clean. It is noisier than our Kenmore was and has far less space on icemaker side (fewer shelves & they slant in on ends making even smaller). I had ordered model without in-door icemaker so this is disappointment. This model also has far fewer shelving options. And I removed the one with sliding feature - it just felt flimsy in middle. But, I love how clear everything is inside! I love the drawer temp adjustments. It cooled quickly. Now, if I could figure out how to reduce temp (icon only seems to take it up). It™€™s pretty and I™€™m happy with it. Hoping GE is more reliable than our Kenmore was.

Fridge is very noisy, ice machine spits ice everywhere, and there is always a drip of water left on the water tray, leaving a white stain, on a black fridge . Manuals should be with unit so you know that it is the one for it, as well as no access access to get online. Got manual from appliance store. Manual did not show how to change temperature setting on control/display, just where it is and that it is preset at factory.

I love having a French door fridge. Our old fridge was a GE side-by-side and it was a great fridge. The compressor finally gave out after 14 years. I wasn™€™t sure how I would like the French door, but it is so much better. It™€™s nice to have so much room up top to see everything and I love the pull out freezer. The original fridge that we purchased did not work once it was delivered. It was very loud and the compressor didn™€™t work at all. After 12 hours running it was still hot inside. We were able to get another one ordered the next morning through the appliance store and then had the new one about 3 days later. This one has been great.

Terrible - cheap and noisy

We were so disappointed in our new refrigerator. The noise it makes is much too loud and runs much too often. The ice maker is very noisy when it is making ice AND it is noisy when ice comes through the dispenser. My biggest complaint is the noise it makes when using the water dispenser, the one luxury used most often. When it is done it makes a noise in the back of the refrigerator that sounds like coils clanking. A most terrible rattle. Aside from the horrendous noises, it often gets frost, moisture, in the freezer. The material used is very cheap. We had an LG 12 years ago. This looked exactly like the one we had. However, the shelfs, doors and rubber are made so cheap. Very very disappointed.
